With a background in corporate America, he left the desk life behind to serve his community face-to-face and build a business rooted in integrity. He loves being outdoors, spending time with family, and working hard for the people of Tampa Bay.
Vanessa – Team Support & Admin
Originally from the Chicago area, Vanessa brings a lifetime of experience in caregiving and administration to the team. From behind-the-scenes logistics to customer communication, she helps ensure everything runs smoothly. She enjoys quality time with family, playing with her pups, and making memories with her daughter in the Florida sun.
Nick – Lead Field Technician
Nick has been with Lightning Bay since nearly the beginning and has become a trusted part of the crew. He’s known for being reliable, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Whether it’s a hoarder home or a curbside pickup, Nick tackles it all with a great attitude.
