Meet Adam
Adam grew up in the mountains of North Carolina and started his career in the corporate world. But over time, he realized he wanted more — to interact with people, be involved in his community, and do meaningful work he could be proud of. After his mother passed, Adam moved to Florida, a place she had always dreamed of living. Now, he proudly calls it home.
He brings a strong work ethic and hands-on passion to Lightning Bay Junk Removal, fueled by his love for helping others and making a difference.
When he’s not working, Adam enjoys spending time with daughter, relaxing with the dogs, exploring everything Tampa has to offer, being out on the water, and having quality time with family and friends.
Meet Vanessa
Originally from the Chicago area, Vanessa has spent her life caring for others — from animals to children to families. With a background in administrative work and years of experience as a trusted childcare provider, she brings heart, organization, and warmth to everything she does.
Family is at the core of who Vanessa is. She moved to Florida to be closer to her parents and build a life centered around family and community. These days, you’ll find her enjoying time with their daughter, hanging out with their two pups, or soaking up the sunshine outdoors whenever she can.
